Returns & Refunds Policy
At HomeBot Ireland, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:
2-Year Warranty
- Coverage: Your robot lawn mower, vacuum, and mop come with a 2-year warranty covering all parts except for water damage, neglect, or daily wear and tear.
Return Shipping Costs
- Policy: Delivery costs for returned products are not covered by HomeBot Ireland. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Full refunds are available for robot lawn mowers, vacuums, and mops returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as originally purchased. All original packaging must be intact and undamaged, and the machine must be in as-new condition.
Additional Charges: A €60 service/cleaning fee will apply to all returned products. Additional charges may also apply for any damaged or missing packaging.
Where applicable, further deductions may be made for cleaning, replacement of used or missing parts, or any signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.

Non-Refundable Items
- Exclusions: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or everyday wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
